We were and are still in love with the exceptional Romanic movie, Titanic. After 20 years since Jack and Rose were left in the plank in the icy ocean, we are happy to state that they are back again. At the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation St. Tropez Gala in France, a Titanic Reunion was seen with its leads Leonardo DiCaprio, Kate Winslet and Billy Zane. Let us get into the details of the Titanic reunion seen on 27th July!

The star studded event at the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation St. Tropez Gala in France was dazzling and mesmerizing to watch. Billy Zane known to be the villain in Titanic who was set to pull the lovers apart took to Instagram to display his love towards his co-actors. He posted an image of him, DiCaprio and Winslet under a blue light. He captioned the picture, “Gangs back together. Now we’re saving icebergs.”

The foundation is set to focus on global warming and finding ways to reduce it. Not only was the event meaningful but was also fun.

The event has also hosted an auction which includes a private dinner in New York City with both the actors Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet. The dates have been limited in October or November at Manhattan’s restaurant.

The Titanic reunion was not the only thing that caught the eye at the event. Many celebrities were present at the private party. The legendary singer Madonna performed her hit songs, “La Isla Bonita” and “Ray of Light”. She took to twitter to post a short video of her singing La Isla Bonita. The singer captioned the post, “This is where I long to be…” stating her song.

It was not only Madonna that caught the show. Lenny Kravitz was also a performer at the event. The song was a dedication to Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo. Hidalgo was honored with the New World Leadership Award for her remarkable work in making “Paris a model for sustainable urban living and design”.

The gala saw stars like Jared Leto, Penelope Cruz, Uma Thurman, Tobey Maguire, Cate Blachett, Emma Stone and all the other celebrities who are concerned about global warming. Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation is known to have collected more than $80 million in grants for environmental causes. A year ago the gala raised $45 million. This year, the gala is said to have raised a huge amount as well.
