Lisa Marie Presley’s estranged husband, Michael Lockwood battles for Spousal Support!

Celebrity divorces are not news to us since it is pretty normal in Hollywood, and problems do arise in divorce settlements. This time it is the meltdown of the relationship of the once power couple, Lisa Marie Presley and Michael Lockwood. Currently, there is news that Lisa Marie Presley’s husband Michael Lockwood’s appeal for spousal support amidst the divorce battle has been denied by the court. Let’s get into the details!

Singer and actress Lisa Marie Presley and singer Michael Lockwood have been grinding their bones over their divorce battle most recently. Lisa Presley charged Michael Lockwood of sexual misconduct as the reason for their divorce.

Lisa who is known best for being the daughter of the legendary Elvis Presley herself has twin daughters with Michael Lockwood. After a decade-long marriage, Lisa filed a divorce with Michael on the grounds of sexual misconduct and irreconcilable difference.

Lisa wrote in a source that she ‘discovered the photos on [Lockwood’s] computer and viewed the video;. By the term photos and videos, Lisa denotes the pictures of children taken in a sexually inappropriate way. She also wrote that she was ‘shocked and horrified and sick’ to her stomach and that she refrains from ‘describing the photographs in detail out’ just for the sake of family privacy.

In Michael’s defense, he had requested the court to pay him the spousal support of $40k per month and also ample money to cover his attorney fees. However, Lisa appealed the court to oppose the request of Michael.

According to Michael’s attorney, he has no job to pay his legal fees and support himself. While on the other hand, Lisa’s lawyer states that Michael can easily find a job by giving music lessons. Lisa’s lawyer also stated that Lisa was in debt and had no assets on her hand except $104,000 per month from her father’s estate but she has to use it all off for her kids.

Lisa is also currently living with her daughter Riley Keough. She has taken full custody of her children. More recently the twin girls, Harper Vivienne Ann Lockwood and Finley Aaron Love Lockwood met their father Michael in a court-monitored visit.
