Australian actress, Radha Mitchell is known to have an Italian model for a mother and a filmmaker for a father. Thus she has got the beauty and the skills of an excellent and remarkable actress. Coming from a mixed ancestry Radha is spiritually attached to all forms of culture and love.

Radha was raised up in a very Hindu-Vaishnavite tradition which immersed a feeling of love towards India. She is digging deep to her Indian roots to find out more. And we are super excited for her.

What most people don’t know is that Radha has an extension of names self-furnished by her: Radha Rani Amber Indigo Anunda Mitchell! Radha’s immense love for the Indian culture arose an interest in her to do a film about it!

The 2009 movie, The Waiting City starring a gorgeous Radha Mitchell is about how she bathes in the Indian culture while she travels India with her husband and her adopted Indian child. The actress shared with the Times of India online site during an interview that she has been hugely inspired by the movie to adopt a child and start a family.

In the interview, she also shows her views towards having a family and settling down. However, at present Radha is immensely busy in her work and has lesser time to think about marriage and relationships.

Radha shared that ‘There is something all-embracing about India’ and that ‘everybody can find a place there’. Radha openly expressed her views regarding India and shared that she feels a sense of home in India. Furthermore, Radha added that she is aware of Satyajit Ray’s work and she too will indulge in future projects.

Radha recalled how she visited Delhi when she was six and how it left a deep print in her mind regarding India.

Radha has been dating time and on. She was in a relationship with New Zealand actor Martin Henderson in 2006; however, the lovely couple could not end up in the isle. The couple soon had a breakup and Radha has been single since. We hope the best for the personal and professional life of the very lovely, Radha Mitchell.
