Remy Ma and Papoose got married on December 17, 2015. After failing to get married back in 2008 years, they finally tied the knot and vowed to be together forever.

Remy Ma married Papoos at the Aria Wedding & Banquet Facility located at Connecticut in 2015. 200 guests were present. Keyshia Cole and Rah Ali were bridesmaids.

The marriage was supposed to happen a decade ago in 2008 but didn’t happen after she was sentenced to six years in prison for shooting her friend Makeda Barnes-Joseph twice in the stomach after Remy accused Makeda of stealing $3000 of her purse.

Papoose almost married American rapper Remy inside the prison but his plans were thwarted when police found out that he had planned to smuggle Remy out of the prison. But all that’s gone now and the two are happily married after a wait of six years. And they had a stylish wedding as nothing was left undone.

The wedding ceremony was attended by many high profile celebrities and Remy’s close friends. Some of the guests were Cardi B, Mendeecees Harris, Rich Dollaz, Fat Joe, Ice-T among others. Her close friends Rah Ali and Keyshia Cole served as bridesmaids for Remy.

The Wedding Ceremony

The wedding ceremony took place at Aria Wedding & Banquet Facility located in Connecticut. A total of 200 guests were invited and Remy planned the wedding herself. “I was the wedding planner. I did all the decoration myself. I wanted everything to be perfect”, Remy said.

Remy Ma arranged all the wedding plan. She selected the Winter Wonderland Theme.

Remy looked stunning in her wedding dress. She was wearing a majestic white gown along with a diamond crown and necklace. Papoose was wearing a white tuxedo along with a black pant and hat. The couple looked perfect together.
